Are You Ready For More? Damir Doma Fall/Winter 2010 Collection Closeup: Part II

by Emma Dibaja on August 31, 2010

Let me start by asking, are you a woman who feels most drawn to gray, black and khaki? What about fitted, loose pants, over-sized cardigans and slightly masculine coats that create a relaxed, yet very calculated ensemble, that sends out a message? If the answer to the above questions is yes, then Damir Doma’s F/W 2010 collection might just be for you. But if the answer is no, then Damir Doma’s latest collection might just make you want to change your mind about your style and the way you dress.

What I see as pretty genius, I think Damir Doma has created a very interesting collection for women for this season. It almost looks somewhat apocalyptic, which just makes it all the more fascinating. So without further a due, I let you dive into the mysterious and fascinating world of designer Damir Doma for his Ready-to-Wear Fall/Winter 2010 women’s collection. Enjoy!

My thought is that, even with the quite heavy masculine touch you can see in the collection, there’s so much femininity in the line. In my eye, Damir Doma knows how to make a woman look like a woman by giving her this certain power and edge. Whether or not that was his vision for the collection, I think the collection turned out absolutely great. I could definitely see myself wearing many of the pieces from this collection, and you can be sure that I’ll be looking into how I can get my hands on his creations now and in the near future. I feel captivated and inspired. Do you? Tell us your thoughts about Damir Doma and how you think he pulled off the F/W 2010 collection for women? Do you love it or do you love it?
